An event to celebrate the history and heritage of Christ Church.
With a mixture of drop in heritage themed activities and bookable workshops including archaeology for kids, embroidery, stained glass workshops, stone carving and traditional crafts.
All are welcome.
The event starts at 10am both days and will include the following:
- Stone Carving – come and have a go (10+)
- Wood Carving – demo
- Time tots – Fun, archaeological activities for children under 10
- Traditional Building Tools demonstration
- Craft activities for all ages
- Embroidery
- Artefacts on show
- History talk on Saturday evening at 6pm
- Historical tours
- Refreshments and cakes
- Family-friendly celebration service to round off the event on the Sunday at 3:30pm with a BBQ

Entry is free of charge, but some small fees may apply to bookable workshops.
