For any adults looking to try a gentle, relaxed form of exercise, all are welcome to our Adult Beginner Ballet Dance classes! We use barres to help support our balance as we try different movements to warm up and then try adapted versions of traditional Ballets; such as Nutcracker, Swan Lake and Sleeping Beauty.
No prior experience is required or specialist clothing; we welcome everyone with balletic open arms! Our 45-minute classes take place in an accessible, step-free venue near the Lock Inn and Canal Bridge.
