Trio Paradis (Jacquelyn Bevan – piano, Ruth O’Shea – violin & Linda Stocks – cello) play a Café Concert on the first Thursday of each month (Feb-Dec) at 10.45am at Holy Trinity Church: informal music events with a café where you can meet friends and make new ones over tea/coffee and home-made cakes, and enjoy live music.
This month’s programme is inspired by spirits and creatures of legend, including a mermaid, a water sprite, elves, a Greek God and a ghost. Music by Handel, Gershwin, Henriette Renié, Rebecca Clarke and William Bolcom.
Concerts last c45mins. There’s no need to book, though an RSVP via our website is appreciated. Turn up early for best seats and choice of cakes as these concerts are very popular!
