Cannabidiol (CBD) and medicinal mushrooms are suddenly everywhere. Sold legally in the UK as a food supplement, they come with big claims for wellbeing and healing. But there is still a lot of suspicion and confusion about what these naturally occurring substances offer, how they work, what to take, and the risks.
To make sense of this, we welcome Mark Dunn from Bristol CBD. Mark started Bristol CBD six years ago with his partner Koren after experiencing the benefits first hand. They then started producing affordable, high quality CBD oil and things have rocketed since including with their recent expansion into medicinal mushrooms. During this gathering, you’ll have the chance to ask lots of questions and enjoy an uplifting session as Mark infuses everything with his training as a mindfulness and positive thinking coach.

This suggested donation covers our costs and helps to fund a bursary for those unable to otherwise join our events and to support community projects.
