Aperitif
Wiltshire Bluestone sparkling cuvee
Amuse Bouche
Prune soaked in Iford tea, pickled black walnut, truffled Bath Soft, lardo, sourdough waffle
1st course
Gala pie, pickled walled garden vegetables, Cumberland gelee
2nd course
”Filo fish” crispy salmon head and lobster burger, truffle-salmon roe tartare sauces, Westcombe Cheddar, cubano roll
3rd course
Sirloin of Iford beef, smoked pomme puree, stuffed onion, wilted greens, peppercorn jus
4th course
Black Forest tart, chocolate frangipane, cherry elderflower gel, amaretto cream, maraschino mousse
To finish, choose from a selection of Iford Manor Teas or locally roasted Dusty Ape Coffee, accompanied by homemade petit fours
A list of accompanying wines by the glass or bottle will be available on the night (separately charged).
Supper club timings
19:30 – arrive after this time and be greeted with a welcome drink;
20:00 – food served; and
c. 22:30 – finish
Note that a discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to the bill at the end of the evening.
Please note, no refunds will be given except where the event has to be cancelled or postponed by us, or where we have been able to resell your tickets to the waiting list if you have told us in advance that you cannot attend.
