Winners of ‘Folk Band of the Year’ at the 2022 Scots Trad Music Awards, Breabach unite deep roots in Highland and Island tradition with the innovative Scottish music scene. Recorded last year, Breabach’s seventh studio album ‘Fàs’ (a Gaelic word meaning growth or sprouting) is heavily inspired by the natural environment, and showcases progressive elements in their music while maintaining their heritage roots.
