• This programme is a joint venture between BoA Business and Bradford on Avon Town Council to support businesses in Bradford on Avon
• The ‘offer’ is a contract between the ‘business’ and the ‘customer’ and in no way are Bradford on Avon Town Council or BoA Business liable if it changes or is refused by the ‘business’.
• The Town Council will host and administer the Shop Local information on its ‘Explore BoA’ platform and any out-of-date ‘offers’ or information will be removed.
• Bradford on Avon Town Council will add new ‘offers’ to the Shop Local Offers Page within 3 working days.
• Cards must be accepted by the ‘business’ if presented to them.
• Flexible promotions and offers can be made by your business and they can be changed regularly to suit your business requirements.
• Your business should keep offers up to date or ask for them to be removed when the offer is no longer valid.
• Any complaints regarding the offers from your business must be dealt with in a professional manner by the ‘vendor within 48 hours.
• To meet and maintain all current legal obligations and responsibilities that are associated with your business (Public liability insurance, food safety/hygiene, fire precautions and risk assessments; health and safety; discrimination; trading standards; data protection (GDPR))
• Bradford on Avon Town Council reserve the right to remove your business from the website pages and Shop Local scheme if deemed necessary.
