Specialised course of 6 yoga sessions, geared towards the unique needs of men. Comfortable and relaxed environment, where you are going to learn from the basics to gradual progression in a non-competitive and well structured format.

You will be given the safe space to build your own practice with your own objectives in place.
Whether you want to address back pain, flexibility, hip and shoulder tightness, anxiety, impact of stress, general toning of the body or simply to find a calm space to relax – this class will meet you where you currently are.
Yoga is for everyone. Yoga will improve your current athletic performance. Yoga will help you set up a new practice routine.
The course begins on 16th October, first 6 sessions will lay a solid foundation for your practice forward.
