Yoga dance is a fusion of yoga and dance moves choreographed to music. A new section of choreography is taught week by week in our 60-minute class. Regular practice improves flexibility, strength and muscle tone. It can also make you feel more alert and energetic, as well as improve overall concentration. Music, mudras and affirmations are embedded into the dance.
Please bring a yoga mat, bottle of water, blanket and cushion for relaxation. It is advisable to wear layers.
