Trio Paradis (Jacquelyn Bevan – piano, Ruth O’Shea – violin & Linda Stocks – cello) play a Café Concert on the first Thursday of each month (Feb-Dec) at 10.45 am at Holy Trinity Church: informal music events with a café where you can meet friends and make new ones over tea/coffee and home-made cakes, and enjoy live music.
This month’s programme is inspired by spirits and creatures of legend, including a mermaid, a water sprite, elves, a Greek God and a ghost. Music by Handel, Gershwin, Henriette Renié, Rebecca Clarke and William Bolcom.
Concerts last 45 minutes. There’s no need to book, though an RSVP via our website is appreciated. Turn up early for the best seats and choice of cakes, as these concerts are very popular!
