The computer, the pilot and the dog: How to work in the age of AI
What will work look like in the future?
What is Emotional Intelligence and why do we need it?
How can you future-proof your career?
Do computers know us better than we know ourselves?
And why do you need a dog if you want to fly a plane?
Find out about these questions and more in a lively, engaging workshop with two expert speakers in the worlds of neuroscience and Emotional Intelligence.
Dr Boris Altemeyer is Chief Scientific Officer at people predictive analytics company Cognisess.
Miriam McCallum is a principal consultant at JCA Global, a PSI company, who are experts in Emotional Intelligence.
What’s the best way to get to the event?
If you’re coming into Bradford-on-Avon, the best way by far is the train – there are regular trains from Bristol (35 minutes) and from Bath (13 minutes). Wallington Hall is a five minute walk over the bridge from the train station. There’s no designated parking at Wallington Hall, but you can use the pay and display car park at St Margaret’s Hall or the station.
Who can I contact if I have questions?
Please get in touch with Holly at Transform Communications in the first instance: firstname.lastname@example.org
Food and drink?
We can’t promise a banquet, but there will be drinks and nibbles to keep us going… Plenty of great pubs and restaurants in town, though, so we can continue our conversations after the event.
