The Stop Rosebank campaign has been fighting the UK’s biggest undeveloped oil field in the North Sea (Rosebank) for the past three years. In the coming weeks, the government is making the huge choice on whether to approve or reject the oil companies’ bid to drill for all 500 million barrels of its oil.
Join us to hear from Suzi Shingler (Campaign Manager) how the Stop Rosebank campaign has successfully put the brakes on this project over the past few years, and how legal challenges and people power are proving to be the most effective tools for persuading government to implement progressive climate policies.
