Gentle Stretch Pilates (Online)

Gentle Stretch
Exercise which focuses on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength, posture, balance and flexibility. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness, beginners to exercise and/or older adults.
Annie Moss teaches the weekly class in St Margarets Hall and this class will be live-streamed!
