Learn how to make gut friendly fermented foods with Head Chef Jethro Lawrence, who will be demonstrating and talking about the fermentation of fruits and vegetables, live culturing of butter, probiotics and making Kombucha. Jethro has been making and using fermented foods in his cooking for many years and is our resident expert!
