Join us on alternate Thursdays at The Mount Pleasant Centre to have fun with others, socialise and so some gentle seated exercise that can help strengthen and support you with everyday tasks.

Enjoy chats over tea and coffee, games, and relaxing Tai Chi.

Come and give it a go – we’d love to meet you!

First session is free, and then £6 per session.
