Access Statement for Bradford on Avon Tourist Information Centre

You can find Explore BoA Tourism Information Centre (TIC) in Westbury Garden – in the heart of Bradford on Avon.

There are no steps gain access to the TIC, however, there are stairs inside the building which take visitors to the shop.

Our volunteers will provide general access information about local attractions, accommodation and hospitality.

Additionally, they can provide you with maps of the town as well as leaflets about local events and activities.

Inside the Tourist Information Centre

  • there is step-free, level access when entering the TIC and 4 steps with a banister down into the shop
  • the area within and outside the TIC is even and well-lit
  • there are some low display units accessible from a seated position
  • volunteers can provide assistance and read information when asked.

Additional Information

  • all volunteers have received Great West Way training to help you in your onward journey
  • we welcome trained assistance dogs into the TIC

TIC opening hours

Please be aware that these are the intended opening hours. Our TIC is a run by a team of volunteers and opening times are subject to change at short notice.

The intended opening hours are Monday to Sunday from 10.30am to 1.30pm.
