The Old Manor Hotel is a fabulous Grade II listed property, set in 4.5 acres of gardens and farmland. The hotel has 19 individually decorated ensuite bedrooms, each with its own unique character. The rooms are spread over the rambling property of the manor house and various converted or rebuilt farm buildings. The hotel is Johansens Recommended, with 5 Diamonds awarded by Visit Britain ( The English Tourist Council). Please arrange a visit to us in person if you like what you see on the website.

 

Up to 100 guests can be comfortably seated in the same room. A further 30 can be seated in a small marquee attached to the conservatory.

Exclusive use of the hotel is available at a cost of £2,400. This gives you use of all 19 bedrooms on the night of your wedding. This does mean you can hold an evening reception for up to 120 guests, as we remove some of the tables to make way for a disco or small band. We then serve a buffet from what was the top table.

The bar will be open from the time of your arrival until midnight. You can either order one of our drinks packages or choose your own selection from our wine list and bar tariff. We usually suggest a welcome drink, a couple of glasses of wine and a sparkling drink for the toast and then have a cash bar for the guests as this is usually more cost effective for the bride and groom.

The food on your special day is an important ingredient. To this end we have devised a simple way of choosing your menu. You can either have a 3 course sit down meal or a traditional buffet. If you require some canapés before being seated we offer a mouth-watering selection

For your evening reception we will serve a simple buffet for a minimum of 70 guests at £12 per head. If you would like a barbecue or hog-roast this can also be arranged.
