For over 2 centuries until the 1950’s this was the blacksmiths of the town where you can NOW enjoy modern Thai, Vietnamese and Japanese dishes – all freshly prepared and made to order. We also offer a full takeaway service.

Snuggled in The Shambles, Maples Café & Deli provides a shop full of specialist produce and a welcoming place to sit, eat and drink. Serving breakfast, lunch and providing ideas for dinner, we aim to create classic dishes as well as something a bit different. Using locally sourced, Fairtrade and generally happy ingredients, we stock our deli full of eat-in and take-away treats freshly made in our kitchen.
