Our award winning Chef Phil Carrol and his young team prepare for you quintessential British Food from a Country House bygone era using fresh produce from our own garden and local farms complimented with bread and pastries baked daily on the premises.
Lunch and dinner is served in our restaurant, conservatory and private dining room, all are informal and relaxed and the service friendly with a smile. For this we have been given AA Rosette and a Michelin Recommendation and are a past winner of the RAC Little Gem award. After the meal a selection of coffee and teas and home made shortbread is served in cosy lounges with log fires burning on cold winter nights.

The hotel is between Bradford on Avon and Trowbridge, on the Trowbridge Road.
The hotel is found on a little bit of countryside between Bradford on Avon and Trowbridge, on the A363, where the food is simple and rustic, using as much seasonal and local produce as possible.
There is a delightful panelled, Georgian private dining room for parties up to 12 as well as the main dining room.
The pub style bar is also open to non-residents and the terrace is a great place for a quiet drink on a summer evening.
During the week, main courses are only £12 and Friday and Saturday the three-course menu is £25. A three course Sunday lunch is available for parties of 20 or more for £18 a head.
