The Castle serves uncomplicated, locally sourced seasonal food, all day, every day.  On Sundays The Castle serves 'proper' Sunday roasts.  As you'd expect from a pub featured in The Good Beer Guide, The Castle's bar is dominated by a fleet of shining hand pumps of local real ale.  Along with a well chosen wine list there is plenty of choice to slake your thirst.
